About Us
At Impact1! we reach out to residents in Chattanooga, regardless of their backgrounds. Our approach is simple: Our participants receive faith-based success strategies training coupled with construction skills training, capped off with a celebration in which our graduates receive recognition and certification in the presence of family and friends. Further, Impact1! offers the opportunity for graduates to engage in transitional employment on paid professional construction projects.

We are in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We ensure that our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
